Personal Training:
Personal training allows for an individualized training relationship. Our training methods cover: habit change, nutrition education, barbell and kettlebell technique, and body weight training. All programming is progressed in alignment with your abilities. Personal training is especially recommended for those new to weightlifting and for athletes who need specificity in their programs to enhance their performance. Rehabilitative Training:
When movement patterns are imbalanced, it produces dysfunction in the strength relationships in the body. These imbalances can result in a variety of pain syndromes, including: carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, runners knee, tennis elbow, shoulder impingements, low back pain and simple joint stiffness. Through therapeutic training, you will learn a rich number of protective and corrective exercises. You will become aware of your movement compensations, that are causing pain, and learn how to create healthy, stable movement patterns. You will feel your vitality increase and enjoy the end of your chronic pain. Small Group Classes:
Our group training classes offer students an affordable opportunity to become part of a supportive community. Through periodized programming our students learn how to safely and effectively get stronger, build muscle, and lose fat. Class members become proficient in many different techniques including: barbell lifting, kettlebell, and TRX. Our classes are kept small so that each individual receives attention and can focus on learning correct form and technique. We create a fun and welcoming environment for all skill levels! |
