Athletic Training Program:
This is a skill-building lifting program that is designed to hone the abilities of lifters intermediate level and up. Basic knowledge of kettlebell and barbell lifting, gained through private training, is a prerequisite for this popular class.
This class regularly rotates between a strength, endurance, power, and hypertrophy focus in order to provide a balanced exposure to the elements necessary for athletic performance.

Intrinsic Strength:
Everybody needs adequate exposure to the movements of squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, rotating, and walking.Providing steps to success for those who desire a slower pace is a necessary and refreshing alternative to the majority of group lifting classes.
This class is based on the same ideals as the Athletic Training Program but with reduced overall volume and an added focus on balance, mobility, and stability. Perfect for beginners.

Training Trifecta:
This class provides an opportunity to marry three separate modalities into one unique full-body experience. The class begins with Pilates mat work to stimulate an awareness of mobility and strength from the center of the body. We transition to TRX suspension trainers to alter our experience of how we control our strength via changes in vectors. We wrap up with kettlebell technique work focusing on either strength or endurance.
